Job Description

Join a travel assignment in a Level III NICU supporting high-risk deliveries and caring for premature infants, including micro-preemies born before 28 weeks through post-term infants. This role is designed for an experienced NICU Registered Nurse who is comfortable working night shifts, managing complex neonatal needs, and collaborating with a specialized care team.

The schedule includes three 12-hour night shifts each week, with potential floating within scope to a Mother Baby Unit or sister facility based on operational needs. Weekend coverage includes approximately six to eight Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts during each six-week period, along with one 12-hour call shift every six weeks. First-time travelers are welcome with the required NICU experience and certifications.

Aurora typically offers crisp, cool days with plenty of sunshine, chilly evenings, and occasional snow. The dry climate makes outdoor exploring comfortable when layered appropriately.
