Job Description:

Join a newly established cardiovascular progressive care assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire, caring for complex cardiovascular medicine and cardiothoracic surgery patients who require advanced monitoring beyond an acute care setting. As an RN, you will provide telemetry-based care, recognize changes in patient condition early, and support patients recovering from cardiovascular procedures or transitioning from critical care. Your practice will include invasive pressure monitoring, vasopressor and inotrope infusions, temporary pacing, chest tube management, phlebotomy, and peripheral IV insertion. This assignment is a strong fit for experienced progressive care, step-down, telemetry, cardiovascular, or critical care nurses seeking a higher-acuity contract.
