Job Description:

This 13-week travel healthcare contract is designed for a case management professional who can work independently while coordinating services, reviewing patient needs, supporting discharge planning, and maintaining accurate documentation. The assignment follows a weekday daytime schedule in a hospital case management department, with an organized business-casual setting and consistent daytime hours. Experience with case management, Meditech, and Midas is preferred.

Shift: 8-hour days, typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; four weekdays scheduled per facility needs
