Job Description:

This 13-week travel healthcare contract is designed for an experienced critical care professional caring for patients in an ICU setting. The assignment includes 12-hour night shifts, a 36-hour weekly commitment, and every-other-weekend scheduling. Responsibilities may include managing complex patient needs, assisting with central and arterial line placements, supporting paracentesis and thoracentesis procedures, and caring for patients requiring intubation, continuous EEG, or Arctic Sun therapy. The unit uses Meditech documentation and offers newer GE ICU monitoring technology. Travelers should hold ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications and be prepared to float to the ICU overflow unit when needed. Galaxy Blue or Pewter scrubs are required.
