Job Description:

Provide peri-anesthesia nursing care across the pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia Phase I, and post-anesthesia Phase II stages of the surgical experience. You will assess and monitor patients, manage intravenous access, administer medications, support airway and respiratory function, manage pain and nausea, evaluate recovery using the Aldrete scoring system, and provide discharge education to patients and designated caregivers. This 13-week travel assignment offers a days schedule in a PACU setting, with scheduled on-call rotation and opportunities to support other qualified departments as needed.
