Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse supporting medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a neuro-focused setting. You will care primarily for stroke patients while also caring for individuals with epilepsy, subdural hematomas, neurosurgical conditions, and other neurological diagnoses. Responsibilities include IV starts, telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and working with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR. The role includes floating to other medical-surgical and telemetry areas as needed, with the opportunity to support specialized epilepsy monitoring care after appropriate training.

Expect crisp, comfortable days with a mix of sunshine and passing clouds, cooler mornings and evenings, and occasional rain. The pleasant conditions make it easy to enjoy the city and surrounding outdoor areas.

Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Shift: 12-hour days, 06:45–19:15

Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week
