Job Description:

Join a dedicated team caring for newborns in the vibrant city of Plano, TX. This RN assignment in the Newborn Nursery involves working 12-hour night shifts on a unit that values experience with mother/baby care and step-down NICU skills. You'll support both routine newborn care and NICU step-down babies, floating as needed to ensure optimal coverage. Expect to utilize Meditech documentation and collaborate with seasoned staff in a supportive environment. The role is perfect for RNs with at least 2 years of hospital experience, who are comfortable working nights, and thrive in a fast-paced setting where your skills truly shine.
