Job Description:

Seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week travel contract in a hybrid PCU unit. This role involves 36 hours per week on a rotating 12-hour night shift (18:30 - 07:00). The position supports 24/7 phlebotomy, with RRT and supervisor assistance available across all units. Prior experience in PCU and first-time traveler acceptance with Level 1 trauma background are required. The unit operates on a 36/36 schedule with floating and no-call shifts, offering flexibility with overtime and the ability to cancel or reschedule shifts biweekly without penalty. Orientation will begin with online CBLs on Sundays, and the traveler must live within 100 miles of Johnson City, Tennessee. This assignment provides an opportunity to support nursing students and participate in clinical education alongside direct patient care in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
