Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as an L&D/NICU RN specializing in Mother Baby care, providing skilled nursing during overnight shifts. This contract offers an opportunity to work in a 36-bed facility that handles levels 1 through 3 cases, including labor, postpartum, and neonatal care. You will be circulating in the OR and managing a variety of patient scenarios across various units, with a focus on triaging and evaluating patients while maintaining independence and resilience. The assignment includes some floating to other nearby facilities, offering a dynamic environment that keeps your skills sharp and your experience broad. With a guaranteed 36 hours per week, you’ll be able to balance professional growth with personal time, all while offering compassionate care in a setting that values flexibility and professionalism.
