Job Description:

Join a vibrant Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit in Bismarck as a travel RN and experience the thrill of managing obstetric and postpartum patients in a busy, well-equipped setting. You'll be responsible for caring for women during labor, delivery, and recovery, including both vaginal and cesarean births, often handling high-risk cases with medication titration like Mag sulfates and Pitocin. This role offers the chance to work in a specialized environment with a dedicated C-section OR, alongside surgical and triage beds, supporting a variety of obstetric and gynecological procedures. You’ll jump directly into active deliveries, triages, and postpartum care, with opportunities to scrub in on surgeries and handle emergency medications. The unit fosters independence, requiring experienced nurses comfortable with titrating drips and working closely with OB, anesthesia, and neonatology teams. Whether you're seasoned or new to the specialty, your skills will be valued as you help deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced but rewarding atmosphere.
