Job Description:

This RN position in the Neuro floor at Mercy Hospital Springfield offers a chance to work 12-hour night shifts in a busy inpatient neurology unit. As a tele nurse with at least one year of inpatient neuro experience, you'll be responsible for monitoring and caring for patients with neurological conditions, performing assessments, administering medications, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves working with modern EMR systems like EPIC and utilizing tele equipment to effectively care for patients facing complex neurological challenges. The assignment’s rotation-based float requirements ensure a varied experience, making every shift an opportunity to sharpen your neuro nursing skills in a supportive environment.
