Job Description:

Join a rural North Dakota hospital as a labor and delivery registered nurse, where you'll be the essential support during high-stakes births. This role involves caring for moms over 35 weeks in labor, managing post-delivery recovery, and overseeing the mother-baby couplets. Your day will include titrating drips like magnesium and oxytocin, troubleshooting neonatal ventilators, and working in a team that values independence and clear communication.
