Job Description:

Join an intensive and fast-paced Emergency Department as a travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Utica, NY. This role involves working 12-hour mids shifts, with a focus on managing a diverse patient population that includes newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. You will be stepping into a high-acuity environment, handling advanced medical equipment such as rapid infusors and Arctic Sun devices, and administering a wide range of drips and medications including pressors, vasodilators, anti-arrhythmics, sedatives, and more. The unit features 64 beds with specific zones for triage, acute, trauma, and psychiatric care. This assignment offers a unique chance to experience a busy hospital setting with opportunities to float across multiple units, all while applying your emergency medical expertise and staying sharp with critical procedures and documentation.
