Job Description:

This temporary nursing role involves assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive patient care during overnight shifts in an inpatient setting. You'll review patient histories, interpret diagnostics, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans that address physical, psychological, social, and cultural needs. Your responsibilities include executing physician orders, delegating tasks responsibly, and documenting all aspects of care accurately.
