Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you as an RN on a MedSurg/Tele unit specializing in orthopedic and spinal cases. You'll be part of the resource team, managing a variety of patient conditions including total joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and general medical overflow. Expect to handle patient loads with ratios up to 1:5 or 6, and some critical surges may bring ratios to 1:7 or 8. The role involves performing tasks such as cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, and medication titration, while working a 12-hour night shift for 36 hours weekly over a 13-week period.
