Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you on a bustling surgical oncology unit in Columbus, Ohio, where you'll work 12-hour night shifts providing specialized care for adult and geriatric patients. The role involves managing a variety of complex oncologic cases, including chemotherapy administration, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, and oncologic emergencies like cytokine release syndrome. You'll be part of a team that emphasizes infection prevention and patient safety, utilizing computerized charting via EPIC. Expect to rotate between days and nights depending on the department’s needs, with your first week dedicated to orientation.
