Job Description:

Join this step-down nursing contract working 12-hour night shifts in Morgantown, West Virginia. You'll be positioned in an immediate care unit with a diverse mix of progressive care and telemetry patients. Expect to handle a patient ratio of approximately 1:4, which can flex to 1:5 during emergencies. Your responsibilities will include IV starts, telemetry assessments, and reading strips, utilizing your 1.5 to 2 years of related experience. This role offers a vibrant, fast-paced environment where your skills in telemetry and step-down care will shine. The contract span is 13 weeks with the possibility for extension, providing a great opportunity to immerse yourself in a new city while honing your expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting.
