Job Description:

Join a 29-bed stepdown/MedSurg unit currently under construction, designed to efficiently transition patients from intensive care while providing comprehensive medical care. As a travel nurse, you will be working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in titrating drips such as Heparin, Insulin, and anti-hypertensives will be key. This assignment offers the chance to gain experience with the latest telemetry equipment, including Phillips monitoring systems, and to work alongside dedicated charge RNs, house supervisors, clinical associates, and a diverse patient population with primarily medical diagnoses. The role involves managing patient loads of 3 to 6 while ensuring quality care and adherence to unit protocols, all within a setting that values flexibility and team collaboration.
