Job Description:

This travel nursing role places you in a specialized Intensive Care Unit focusing on high-acuity neuro, ortho trauma, cardiovascular, and post-op open-heart patients. You'll work 12-hour night shifts over a 17-week contract, providing care for patients with complex needs such as brain herniations, brain drains, traction requirements, and cardiovascular devices like balloon pumps and Impellas. Experience with CRRT bedside management and familiarity with advanced ICU equipment are essential. The environment offers a chance to engage with cutting-edge medical procedures, all within a focused and supportive team setting. Responsibilities include managing ventilated patients, monitoring advanced devices, and collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced ICU atmosphere.
