Job Description:

This contract position involves working in a busy medical-surgical unit with a focus on PCU and Telemetry patients. You will be providing specialized care for Post-Cath Lab patients and floating to ICU for PCU patient status when needed. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, offering an engaging overnight experience. Expect to collaborate with a team operating at a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring consistent and attentive care. The role requires a proactive approach to floating between Med Surg and ICU areas and the ability to handle a variety of complex patient needs. It's a unique chance to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced setting while enjoying a work schedule that maximizes your off-hours.
