Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiac/intensive care unit where you will focus on managing patients with complex post-procedural needs such as post-AMI, post-OP lung surgeries, respiratory failure, and pacemakers. This role involves titrating drips and interpreting Philips monitors, offering an engaging environment for experienced RNs seeking a night shift challenge. The unit operates with a phased staffing plan, including charge nurses, nurse aides during the day, and RT-managed respiratory equipment like CPAP and BiPAP. Embrace a role that balances independent patient management with team collaboration, all while maintaining a sharp focus on respiratory patient care aboard a dedicated cardiac setting.
