Job Description:

Join a specialized pediatric psychiatric unit where you'll be pivotal in managing adolescents with complex behavioral health needs. This role involves working with patients aged 4-12 who may display aggression, impulsivity, self-harm behaviors, or have experienced trauma and abuse. You will administer IM medications, de-escalate crises, and support the safe restraint or seclusion of patients when necessary. The shift is 12 hours during the day, providing a balanced schedule that allows for meaningful patient interaction while enjoying your days off.
