Job Description:

Join a 26-bed inpatient adult behavioral health department for a 13-week travel assignment as a Psychiatric RN. You'll step into a setting focused on geriatric populations, including those with dementia and bipolar disorder. Your nights will be filled with overseeing patient care for adults aged 55 and over, managing patient safety with the aid of a seclusion room, and supporting a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:06. The shift involves 12-hour night hours, and you'll play a key role in maintaining the well-being of your patients in a facility that values dedicated mental health care. This assignment offers a chance to experience the unique rhythms of inpatient behavioral health, with weekends every third and holiday requirements to keep your schedule engaging and fulfilling.
