Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a secure adolescent psychiatric unit, where you'll be actively involved in managing patients aged 14-18 with complex behavioral health needs. Your role will include de-escalation, physical holds, IM injections, and recognizing early signs of agitation. The shifts are 12 hours overnight, providing a focused setting to contribute meaningfully to patient safety and care. Expect a collaborative team environment with strong support from leadership, as well as ample opportunities to develop your skills in crisis intervention and behavioral management. This assignment allows you to experience a dynamic mental health setting while making a real difference in the lives of challenging but resilient youth.
