Job Description:

This travel RN position in behavioral health offers an engaging opportunity to work night shifts in a bustling facility located in Springdale, Arkansas. You'll be responsible for providing specialized care to adult psychiatric patients, utilizing your critical thinking skills to ensure safe and effective treatment. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., with every other weekend required, giving you a chance to enjoy some downtime between rotations. Bring your at least one year of behavioral health RN experience and active Arkansas or multistate license to this fulfilling contract, where your leadership and clinical expertise will directly impact patient outcomes. Complete your BLS certification if you haven't already, and be prepared to demonstrate your ability to handle a fast-paced psychiatric setting with professionalism and compassion.
