Job Description:

Join us as a registered nurse on a 12-hour day shift, working in a MedSurg unit that specializes in post-surgical patients, including orthopedics, general surgery, and neuro populations. This assignment offers a chance to experience a well-structured team environment where you'll practice independently, providing both routine and complex care. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and educating patients and their families. An EPIC system background is a plus, and you’ll have the opportunity to manage a patient load of approximately 5 to 6 patients per nurse. This contract provides a dynamic and engaging environment for nurses ready to make a meaningful impact while refining their clinical skills.
