Job Description:

This contract position is ideal for Registered Nurses experienced in acute care rehabilitation settings. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with the opportunity to float between campuses within the Cone Health system as needed. Your daily responsibilities will include interpreting laboratory results, medication reconciliation, performing dressing changes using sterile techniques, handling phlebotomy procedures, and managing telephone triage. The role offers a chance to gain in-depth experience with neurological rehabilitation cases such as stroke, TBI, and spinal cord injuries, in a specialized inpatient rehab department. Expect every third weekend and holidays off, with the assignment spanning approximately 13 weeks.
