Job Description:

This MedSurgical Float Pool RN position places you right in the heart of patient care during overnight shifts. As a float nurse, you'll provide high-quality nursing support across various MedSurgical units, demonstrating your ability to adapt quickly to different settings. Your responsibilities will include managing patient assignments typically of 4 to 5 patients, initiating IVs, monitoring telemetry, and documenting care using the EPIC electronic health record system. The role offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced hospital environment while enjoying the flexibility to float within units that match your expertise.
