Job Description:

This medical-surgical RN position offers a night shift opportunity in Albuquerque, where you'll be part of a team managing 32 beds on a unit that handles rapid response team activations and patient monitoring. The schedule includes 4 twelve-hour night shifts weekly, and the role is perfect for nurses with at least one year of recent experience. You'll be working with Epic charting, and there are no call requirements. Floating to similar units and accepting first-time travelers adds variety and flexibility to your assignment. The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 1:6, providing a steady rhythm for your professional growth and hands-on experience.
