Job Description:

This assignment in Artesia offers an engaging opportunity for registered nurses experienced in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. You will be responsible for monitoring patients on drips, interpreting tele strips with Mindray cardiac monitors, and managing complex cases including invasive monitors and IV infusions such as insulin and amiodarone. The role involves 12-hour day shifts, providing a chance to work in a setting that balances independence with collaborative support from nurse aids and ancillary staff. Prior PCU or step-down experience is preferred, but first-time travelers with the right skills are welcome. The facility values your ability to perform titrations and respond to high-acuity patients, all within a small but capable hospital working towards Level IV status.
