Job Description:

This travel assignment for an ICU nurse offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where reading Telemetry strips and managing arrhythmia readings are essential skills. Travelers will be tested on arrhythmias, moderate sedation, and heparin distribution prior to orientation, ensuring you’re prepared for the responsibilities ahead. The role involves floating within your scope of practice, and flexibility is key — no fixed schedule. Be ready to work weekends and holidays, with a reliable and transparent attitude. Ideal candidates have at least two years of recent ICU experience, especially in critical care settings, and are comfortable functioning independently in a variety of clinical situations. Please note, after three call-outs, the contract will be terminated, emphasizing the importance of dependable commitment throughout the 13-week assignment.
