Job Description:

This palliative care RN contract offers a chance to develop specialized skills in symptom management for patients with serious illnesses. Working primarily on a newly opened unit, you'll focus on alleviating uncontrolled pain, severe nausea, fatigue, and other symptoms to improve quality of life. The role involves floating to various medical-surgical units within the hospital, providing diverse patient exposure and hands-on experience with high-acuity cases. The schedule features 12-hour rotating shifts, ensuring a balanced work approach with ample time off. This assignment is ideal for nurses eager to expand their expertise while enjoying the supportive environment of a new facility.
