Join a fast-paced MedSurg/Tele unit where you'll be the key player in managing general medical telemetry and surgical patients. You'll handle an array of tasks including cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tube management, PIV starts, and trach care, all while navigating the latest technology like Epic EMR and Alaris IV pumps. This assignment offers a unique chance to sharpen your skills in a collaborative setting, with support from skilled CNAs, phlebotomists, and resource nurses. Expect to float across units within the same region, embracing new challenges and making each shift engaging—and yes, a little playful, to keep things lively amidst the serious work.
