Job Description:

Join the team at a bustling Emergency Department in Roanoke, VA, where you'll be vital during night shifts caring for critically ill and high-acuity patients. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work in a unit with just 8 beds, providing close-knit and focused patient care. You'll handle a mix of med administration, labs, and critical patient monitoring, utilizing GE equipment and Meditech EMR. If you're experienced in ED nursing, comfortable working both independently and with a team, and hold ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC certifications, this assignment is a great fit. The nightly shift runs 12 hours, and you'll be part of a team with a 4:1 patient ratio, ensuring manageable workloads.
