Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Medical Surgical Registered Nurses in Albuquerque for a 13-week contract working night shifts. In this role, you'll provide patient care in a 32-bed unit, managing a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6. You'll work 4 shifts of 12 hours each week, with the opportunity to choose between 36 or 48 hours per week—anything beyond 48 hours is considered overtime. The unit often activates rapid response teams, and Epic charting is in use, offering a chance to refine your skills in a fast-paced environment with support for first-time travelers. BCLS is required, CPI preferred, and recent recent experience is necessary. No call responsibilities are involved, and you'll have the flexibility of floating to similar units within the facility, including weekends with 6 shifts over 6 weeks.
