Job Description:

This contract position offers an engaging opportunity to work as an RN on the Medical and Pediatrics unit, handling a diverse range of adult medical conditions including respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and more. You will be floating across all inpatient units as needed, providing crucial support during 12-hour night shifts. The role requires resilience, independence, and a positive attitude as you adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands. Expect to manage a typical patient ratio of 1:6-7 on nights, with a focus on delivering quality care in a fast-paced environment. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to improving patient outcomes while navigating a schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday shifts.
