Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you on a step-down and medical-surgical unit in Asheville, where you'll be working overnight shifts in a 12-hour night schedule. Your role involves managing patients with chest tubes, trachs, and ventilated patients, alongside procedures like wound dressing changes and trach care. You'll navigate the use of equipment such as lifts, chest tubes, and cardiac drips, using Cerner as the EMR system. The assignment offers a chance to enhance your clinical skills in a busy hospital setting, with a focus on patient stabilization and monitoring in a collaborative team environment.
