Job Description:

This role involves delivering hands-on nursing care in a challenging and rewarding hospital setting, where you'll assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs with a focus on individual physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. Expect to review diagnostic tests, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and revise care plans to adapt to changing patient conditions. Your day will include coordinating activities, delegating tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff, and ensuring accurate documentation of all care activities.
