Job Description:

This respiratory therapy assignment in a Level 3 NICU offers a rewarding opportunity to work with critically ill neonates requiring specialized ventilation techniques such as nitric oxide, jet, and oscillator ventilation. The position involves floating between units within the hospital, allowing you to experience different departments while providing crucial respiratory support during overnight shifts. You will be responsible for managing complex ventilator settings, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes.
