Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel assignment at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, where you'll work 12-hour night shifts on the Medical and Pediatrics unit. This role offers the opportunity to float across inpatient units as needed, providing versatile experience in adult respiratory illnesses, stroke management, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal issues, diabetic care, renal failure, urinary disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, infectious diseases, and alcohol withdrawal management. The ideal candidate is a resilient, independent professional with at least two years of experience, trauma level II preferred, and proficient in EPIC charting. This assignment is unique in its call-back flexibility, low census hours, and opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team while navigating a fast-paced inpatient setting. Expect to manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:6-7 at night, all while maintaining a positive attitude and adaptability amid shift changes.
