Job Description:

Join Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford, NC, as an ICU RN on a 13-week contract with a 36-hour weekly commitment. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing critical care to patients of all ages with high-acuity needs such as respiratory failure and other severe conditions. This role places you in a busy ICU setting with bedside patient ratios of 1:2-3, where your expertise in managing complex cases will make a difference. The hospital appreciates nurses who can adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With weekly orientation on Mondays, you'll start each week prepared and confident to deliver quality care in a supportive team environment. Experience with Cerner EHR and familiarity with high-acuity cases will serve you well in this assignment.
