Job Description:

Join a vibrant healthcare team in Roswell, New Mexico, as a travel ICU RN. This role offers a unique opportunity to work a 12-hour night shift from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with every other weekend off, providing a balanced work-life experience. You'll be floating between ICU and Stepdown units, including some Medical-Surgical overflow, managing a patient ratio of 1:2 to 1:4 in a 16-bed unit. The role demands at least two years of ICU experience, along with current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Expect a mix of high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced setting, along with some call requirements that are rarely needed. This assignment is ideal for those who enjoy variety and a collaborative environment, with particular emphasis on skillfulness in handling stepdown and MS overflow patients. The unit’s scrub color is royal blue, and you'll be using Cerner EMR to document your work. The pay is $75 per hour, with a 36-hour weekly commitment and a 13-week duration, offering a chance to experience life in the scenic and culturally rich landscape of eastern New Mexico.
