Job Description:

This contract role places you in the LDRP unit within the Women’s Services Department, where you will assist with labor, delivery, and recovery processes. The position requires handling OB assists and supporting open operating room scenarios related to obstetrics. Your shift is a 12-hour night rotation, offering a chance to experience the quiet hours of hospital life and contribute during a crucial time for mothers and newborns. Expect to work alongside dedicated staff in a setting that values precision, compassion, and teamwork. Floating within your scope of practice is necessary, and your expertise in a variety of advanced certifications—such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and NRP—is essential before starting. This assignment features a weekly schedule of 36 hours over 13 weeks, providing a substantial opportunity to immerse yourself in specialized women's healthcare work in a supportive environment.
