Job Description:

Join the team at UF Health Shands Hospital as an RN – Case Manager for a 13-week travel contract. You'll oversee patient assessments and coordinate discharge planning in a busy, large academic hospital setting. This role requires collaborating with physicians, discharge facilitators, and community resources to ensure smooth transitions and optimal resource utilization. Expect to work eight-hour days and gain valuable experience in managing adult and pediatric patient populations across various units, including Med/Surg, Trauma, ICU, and Oncology.
