Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13-week night shift assignment at a top-ranked Level I Trauma Center in St. Louis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with geriatric trauma patients, including those from accidents, falls, and violence, in a fast-paced, acute care environment. You’ll interpret and manage dysrhythmias, participate in blood product administration, and utilize specialized equipment such as wound vacs, spinal cord injury devices, and chest tubes. The night shifts run from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week, providing a balanced schedule with guaranteed hours.
