Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Seattle, Washington. This role involves caring for high-risk maternity patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with a focus on fetal monitoring, postpartum, and newborn care. You will circulate during deliveries, perform newborn assessments, and administer medications such as Heparin, Insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate. The setting features four operating rooms and an average of 15 daily deliveries. This assignment offers a chance to work every other weekend and be part of a unit that follows AWHONN guidelines, with float duties including Postpartum, Antepartum, and Mother/Baby units.
