Job Description:

Join our team as a dedicated emergency room nurse on a 13-week travel contract, working 12-hour night shifts from 7PM to 7:30AM. This role places you at the forefront of acute patient care in a bustling ER setting, where your critical thinking and leadership skills will help guide the delivery of safe, efficient treatment to a diverse patient population. You'll be responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies, delegating tasks appropriately, and maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education. Your expertise will support the team as you help manage trauma, stroke, and STEMI cases in a facility equipped with Cerner electronic medical records and a trauma level III certification. Dress code requires black scrubs, and prior experience with Cerner is essential. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to practice your skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and high-quality care.
