Job Description:

This assignment is perfect for experienced Emergency Department RNs looking for a challenging and rewarding travel opportunity. You will be providing critical care in a Level III trauma center that handles high patient volume and acuity. Your expertise will be essential as you manage patients ranging from neonates to the elderly, often in fast-paced zones like the green zone for fast track. Expect to utilize your skills in barcode medication administration, managing medication drips, blood product transfusions, and assisting with trauma and code cases. The role involves setting up chest tubes and art lines, managing ventilators and bipaps, and passing the hospital's triage test to demonstrate your proficiency. You'll experience the satisfaction of stabilizing complex cases and coordinating transfers for the most critical patients. This hospital’s emergency department is the busiest in the state, offering a dynamic environment where your skills will truly make a difference.
