Job Description:

This RN contract position places you in a role where you'll be the guiding hand in caring for women and their newborns in a hospital setting. Expect to lead assessments, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during day shifts. Your expertise will shine as you facilitate education for patients and families, all while supervising licensed and non-licensed staff. The unique aspect of this assignment is the focus on labor and delivery, with a strong emphasis on patient advocacy and family-centered care. Job Specifics:

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Shift: Days, 6:45 am to 7:15 pm, every other weekend (36 hours/week)
