Job Description:

Join a 13-week assignment as a registered nurse specializing in MS/Telemetry at a well-regarded short-term acute care teaching hospital located in Washington, DC. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts, providing critical care in a busy 16-bed unit within a facility equipped with advanced technology such as Cerner charting and Pyxis medication systems. You'll be responsible for interpreting dysrhythmias, managing feeding tubes, and administering IV therapy, including PICC lines and peripheral lines. The position requires prior travel experience and at least two years of RN expertise, along with current DC licensure and BLS certification. Flexibility to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels is necessary. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to hone specialized skills in a dynamic environment while enjoying the rich cultural backdrop of Washington, DC.
